1. Pre-heat the oven at 160 degrees.

2. Blitz the oats in a handheld food processor until it forms a flour, then add the nuts until finely chopped. Add to a mixing bowl with nut butter and 1 tbsp honey. Combine together
until firm and push into the bottom of an 9" round baking tin. Pop in the fridge.

3. Wash the food processor, then whizz the strawberries until finely choppped but not completely mushed.

4. Add the strawberries into a mixing bowl with remaining ingredients and combine.

5. Pour onto top of base mix.

6. Pop in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Take out and leave to cool, then place in the fridge when cooled.

  • 250g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 150g strawberries
  • 120g oats
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 2 scoops strawberry whey protein
  • 45g pecan nuts
  • 45g almonds
  • 2 tbsp. cashew butter (or preferred nut butter)
  • Tsp. vanilla essence
